Strengthening University–Industry Collaboration: Bozhou University Pharmacy Faculty and Students Visit Our Company
To further strengthen university–industry collaboration, promote the integration of education and industry, support the development of pharmaceutical professionals, and provide a platform connecting academic learning with industry practice, approximately 160 faculty members and students from the Pharmacy Program of Bozhou University visited our company in two groups on May 28 and June 23, 2026. To ensure that the visits were conducted safely, efficiently, and in an orderly manner, our Human Resources & Administration Department, Production Department, Quality Department, and other relevant teams worked closely together to make comprehensive preparations in advance. These included safety inspections of the facility, planning of visitor routes, coordination of guides, and access control for clean production areas. During the visits, department representatives provided detailed introductions to our production safety management systems, modern pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, and Quality Control (QC) procedures. Faculty members and students toured key areas of the company, including the clean production workshops and quality control laboratories, gaining first-hand insight into the standardized, regulated, and highly refined operations of a modern pharmaceutical company. Through this on-site learning experience, the visiting faculty and students gained a more comprehensive understanding of the entire pharmaceutical manufacturing process and the stringent quality and safety requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. The visit also helped reinforce their theoretical knowledge while providing a closer look at our rigorous quality management system and standardized corporate operations. At the same time, this university–industry exchange provided an opportunity to showcase our professional corporate culture, well-managed production environment, and established talent development system. It further strengthened the foundation for cooperation between the university and our company while enhancing our corporate presence and industry engagement. Going forward, Kangrong Pharmaceutical will continue to deepen university–industry collaboration in talent development and regularly carry out cooperative programs such as student visits, industry orientation programs, internships, and employment-related practical training. We remain committed to fulfilling our corporate social responsibility and contributing to the development of highly skilled professionals for the pharmaceutical industry.
